We are only given One Life in the body that we live in, and we are aren’t guaranteed any more time other than the moment that we are in.  That's why it’s crucial to live our life to the absolute fullest - to explore the world, our fears, our deepest desires and manifestations that lie within our hearts. 


One Life Yoga Retreat will be your opening gate to living the life that you’ve always known you could live, but just maybe needed a little push to get you on your journey. Our classes & workshops, daily journaling promotes are thoughtfully put together with love and the intention of self & personal development, we will also be installing daily rituals to keep our energy motivated to thrive on life that you can carry with you after the retreat. You may come solo on one of the greatest adventures of your life, but you’ll be leaving a new family in your heart and a community that will forever support you!



What to expect in my classes? 

My teachings are emotional with emphasis on bringing your sh!t  to the mat and working through it in your body and breath, rather than leaving it all at the door, as well as having fun. My style is unique, fun, and challenging. In my classes, expect to work, sweat, play, laugh and grow and leave with a deeper understanding, connection and love for your Self.

Workshop 1 - Unleash Your  Wild

During this workshop we will work on various ways to open your soul through dance, laughter, speaking from the heart, yoga, and community support to willingly release the true wild (beauty) inside you that may be hiding.

Workshop 2 -  Journey to Handstands

A two hour handstand introduction workshop working on drills to prepare and strengthen your handstand, techniques to enter handstands, fall safely and taking them away from the wall. We will also work on taking them away from the wall and learning how to hold them correctly with strength and build alignment.



Phuket, a rainforested, mountainous island in the Andaman Sea, has some of Thailand’s most popular beaches, mainly situated along the clear waters of the western shore. The island is home to many high-end seaside resorts, spas and restaurants. Phuket City, the capital, has old shophouses and busy markets. The pearly white, palm- and casuarina-fringed beaches that ring Phuket's southern and western coasts are the island's key bounty. 


  • 6 Nights accommodation at Atmanjai Wellness Center in Phuket

  • Roundtrip group airport transfer from Phuket Internatonal Airport at select times

  • Daily vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) starting with dinner on Day 1 and ending with breakfast on Day 7

  • Koh Phi Phi Island hopping day tour with snorkeling and lunch

  • Day trip to Khao Sok Elephant Sanctuary followed by lunch and bamboo river rafting 


  • Airfare to Phuket International Airport (Airport code: HKT). Please do not book your flight until you receive instructions. 

  • Optional/extra activities during free time such as massage treatments, temple tours and other activities

  • Travel Visa to Thailand - Not required for US & Canadian citizens. Please check for entry/exit requirements based on the passport you hold and apply at: or your local embassy
