1:1 Online Private Yoga Session Offerings: Inversion, flexibility, strengthening, alignment based training or over all improvement in your yoga practice, designed for your specific goals & current level to help you achieve your yoga goals! you will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. after which your session will be cancelled. no refunds prior to 24hr cancellation notice come energized and hydrated :) via Zoom. link is emailed 1 hour before class
